The final meeting of both Friday and Sunday editions of this year’s Orchid Show classes marks the end of the show and the winter season. Great fun was had by all students and that’s before we got to the Browniefest during the final week. There’s still a bit of time for you to get to this year’s show at the Chicago Botanic Garden but time, like today’s heat, is running out.
Looking ahead, Documenting Nature will be here on April 20 with its 5 Saturday mornings of photo fun exploring relationships around the garden. The Ins and Outs of Flash class will show you how to add light to any scene, including shady characters so mark April 17 for this start date.

Japanese Islands in Spring is a class we haven’t run for several years so we blew the dust off it, added several new topics and will go exploring on 4 Fridays. The fun begins on May 10.
