Lilies in early am light.
Get up and out early so you can take full advantage of your old friend, Mr. Sun. I noticed the light on these day lilies and just had to grab a camera and run into the garden to get this picture since the light is with us for only a short time. Vertical perspective seemed appropriate (if you know me, what else?). For you camera setting people: f5.6 @ 1/30, e/v-1.3, ISO 64, 85mm f1.4d lens on Nikon 810, 6:22 am. Forget that 2nd cup until after the sun leaves the scene.
