Two perennial flower favs.
Family, friends and dozens of photography students took advantage of the unusually warm December 3rd weather to visit the Trailside Museum for the opening reception of Natural Beauty at Home and Beyond, an exhibition of 21 images I’ve captured. Everyone was in great spirits, and I was overwhelmed by the turnout. Wonderful to see so many students–some for the first time in months–while enjoying refreshments so nicely presented by the museum. Sincere thanks to Susan, the Naturalists and staff of Trailside Museum for curating the exhibition in this wonderful 1877 Hal Tyrrell Victorian mansion which is the home of the museum.
All photographs in the exhibition are for sale. I would encourage you to view them first hand. Visit the Trailside Museum of Natural History 738 Thatcher Avenue, River Forest.
