Volo Bog–Early Summer Edition–June 21 & 28

We’re going to enjoy spring/early summer at the Volo Bog in (where else?) Volo, IL. The day begins in the classroom with a new powerpoint of the area plus a few handouts. Then it’s outside to photography the signs of summer in the plants and surrounding area. After lunch in the classroom, we’ll explore the other part of the bog by taking the Tamarack Trail.

On June 28, we meet at the CBG at 9 am to enjoy student images from the bog during a Browniefest.
