Photographing Winter Sunsets

The warm glow of a winter sunset.

All it takes is 2 hours on 2 Sunday afternoons to get cool images of the winter setting sun. Our first week finds us on the top of “Waterfall Hill” to gain an elevated view of the sun dropping behind the berm wall that runs along the expressway. After reviewing student images on week 2, we’ll be spotting the sun from Spider Island and other garden venues. This class is short on duration, but long on images you’ll want to frame. A tripod is strongly recommended, and the class is limited to DSLR cameras.
